Wait time is usually right on. 9 times out of 10 Dr. Joseph comes in right after the nurse does vitals. Always asks if there is anything new he needs to know about. If there is, he is very focused on learning more about the problem and what to do to resolve it. Goes over blood work or any testing I had done. Usual “doctor exam.” Personable, easy to talk to, stays on track, and tells me if I lost weight my LDL would be better - Most every time :-O Competent and trust his judgment.

I liked it all--I arrived early as told...did not really need to. Appointment was at 1:45 and was taken back by the nurse at 1:45. She did the basics, updated information, weight, height, pulse, temp. This took about 5-8 minutes. Was told Dr. J was a bit behind after she got my vitals/info. He arrived about 2. So all in all...everyone was on time. Loved his personality. Very nice, very caring. Get more exercise, lose weight. Also, there is something in the what he does not say. I take my aunt here for her eye appointments and we usually wait at least an hour and a half after appointment scheduled time and then have to wait around for the back up of patients AGAIN for about hour. Two days in a row we’ve spent over 4 hours at this office. They need to stop scheduling so many people at the same time and be respectful of those who can’t spend the entire day waiting when an appointment was scheduled. 👎🏼
