Put on hold 5 different times. Reception could not even tell me when they closed
I can't ever get ahold of them via phone, that is an improvement that should be addressed. I have actually had to drive up there to talk to anyone. However, Dr. Gulbis is a wonderful doctor as well as the nursing staff. The receptionist staff needs better training though.

Ive been coming to Dr G since he first hired back in the woodrome days! He moved and came back and I was a client again. Dr G is great but I dont even see him anymore I see the others which is ok but the front desk people change so much and it’s frustrating. I like to sign in online and just show up and sit without all the exchanges. They know me until they don’t! I get changes happen but It’s frustrating. I cannot say enough about Dr. G! I have been with him for 12 years!! He is the best doctor for me, he listens, he cares and what needs to be done he gets his staff on it. Listening alone is huge for me! He will sit and listen to everything you need to say instead of getting cut off. I will forever recommend Dr. G! I’ve had a wonderful experience with his staff. We also have to understand they are people just like us so we have to show compassion at times as well.
