A very intelligent, compassionate and patient rheumatologist. Very clear about his treatment priorities (halting joint degeneration) but is willing to cater to patient's goals (minimising symptoms).
Fabulous doctor. Listens takes his time and checks your understanding Hoghly recommend
Dr Gibson has been amazing with me, I tend to over-explain, but he was patient and kind with me. He has helped me diagnose what no one else could/would. I've been dealing with pain for 6+ years, finally feeling validated!

You're unfortunately not beating any stereotypes around how practically anyone can be hired as a receptionist at a medical practice – the more stroppy, 'rounded-up-at-the-bus-stop' in nature, the better. When a client calls up expressing feedback, the type that is actionable (so that you can actually HELP people), it's usually not wise to talk over and dismiss them when you're at fault. Really poor form, do better.
