Dr Ford makes decisions on behalf of Dr Todd prior to seeing patients which is a very dangerous practice. He should actually view a patient prior to making incompetent decisions. As for his practice nurse stating my GP knows nothing about eyes. Great place to go if you are getting the more expensive cataract surgery. But!!! I sure hope everything goes okay for you. Very poor after sales service and if something goes wrong down the track you will be triaged by a robot and never get back to see the man himself, as menial tasks... read more
So very pleased with the services at this excellent facility. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Dr Andrew Fields was very thorough explaining to me what I needed to know. He is an excellent Ophthalmologist and I went away feeling very pleased. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Field. 👍🤗😊
