Dr. K, Dr. Swartz, Ms. Eunice and all the Staff have made these past two decades as tolerable as they could be. Thank you all for helping me to try and manage not just the physical, but also help me deal with the mental and emotional adjustments that come along with a life changing medical procedure that changes your life forever. At Dr. Kirsten's you never know how long you're going to wait, so take something to read. He's been kind and informative. We especially like Dr. K and his Nurse Practitioner. She's smart, informative, and funny. Dr. K is 3rd generation doc (at least that's what I think he said). A wealth of knowledge! He answered my many questions. And is very patient focused.
My primary MD made an appointment here which I called and cancelled the day before because I was sick. Receptionist agreed that I sounded awful and thanked me for canceling, never mentioned a cancellation fee. 2 months LATER I get a $50 bill for a no show! 😳You can bet I will never show up here in the future.
Dr. Kirsteins is incredibly knowledgable in his field. He listens to me and prescribes the treatment I need to have some semblance of a life while experiencing chronic pain. Nurse Practitioner Eunice is a gem, as well! All staff are extremely courteous.
