At Dr. Kirsten's you never know how long you're going to wait, so take something to read. He's been kind and informative. We especially like Dr. K and his Nurse Practitioner. She's smart, informative, and funny. Dr. K is 3rd generation doc (at least that's what I think he said). A wealth of knowledge! He answered my many questions. And is very patient focused.
My primary MD made an appointment here which I called and cancelled the day before because I was sick. Receptionist agreed that I sounded awful and thanked me for canceling, never mentioned a cancellation fee. 2 months LATER I get a $50 bill for a no show! 😳You can bet I will never show up here in the future.
Dr. Kirsteins is incredibly knowledgable in his field. He listens to me and prescribes the treatment I need to have some semblance of a life while experiencing chronic pain. Nurse Practitioner Eunice is a gem, as well! All staff are extremely courteous.
