During my appointment, Andrew Don kept the exam room door open while discussing my medical condition. I had to close it myself to have basic privacy. I brought imaging showing a large mass filling most of a sinus cavity, a clinical history of recurring infections, and the sensation/pressure of the mass. Symptoms were dismissed and attributed to “my imagination.” When I asked about seeing Dr. Crow to discuss surgical options, I was told that would only be possible through Dr. Don’s referral, which he declined to provide.
