I was referred to Dr. Chang, and I’m extremely disappointed with how his office has handled this. I was supposed to receive a call and never did—no call and no voicemail. When I called to follow up, the staff argued with me and insisted their system showed something different. An urgent referral has now dragged into a two-week ordeal. This is not professional, and the office needs to tighten up its communication and scheduling process.
Dr. Chang is a fantastic doctor, but his nurse is the worst employee. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for months, and she will not call me back. I have requested it multiple times. She is also never there to answer the phone. If you need something from Dr. Chang's nurse, you have to waste your time and money by scheduling an appointment.
First impressions matter. I called this office, at the number on their website, to ask if they were accepting new patients and possibly schedule an appointment. However, when I called the call was answered and immediately placed on hold. No one said anything, but I thought maybe I just didn’t hear what they said but nope. After waiting about 5 minutes I heard ringing again and the same thing happened. Don’t waste your time. Office people are rude on the phone. So many people in and out, feels like cattle. No real professionalism.
