Referred by my Eye specialist. Waited for ever for an appointment I had at 9am - waited for between 2 to 3 hours till I was called in ! ** plan appointments correctly, and tell people of a wait time so they know would be better !!! * afterall, the staff making the bookings should know how much the delay will likely be ! - after appointment - very rushed, did not get a chance to ask questions, I was told at reception a quote would be sent to me. - 1hr after leaving, I get a call asking me when I want to book in the surgery ! ... read more
Terrible service. Hidden fee's don't waste your time seeing them! Horrible communication. After being referred from a specialist to see this surgeon. The results the same i now know what I already knew. Spoke with the specialist for 2 minutes to tell me what the last specialist already told me.
I have had had six operations on my left eye and have had various surgeons in Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra examine my eye. When I inform surgeons three of the surgeries were performed by Dr Andrew Chang they have always freely commented on Dr Chang's incredible surgical skills.
