Dr Chang is excellent. I highly recommend him. Unfortunately the office support staff is not very responsive. I called the office to reschedule an appointment and got a message saying that they have 48 hours to respond. So if it’s the day before I’m out of luck? Also called another department. Same results. Tried reaching out to other areas to reschedule and got VM.

Dr Chang is excellent. He’s excellent. LUnfortunately the balance of the practice is a 2. They are the most unresponsive.medical practice that I have ever dealt with. I called his care coordinator to reschedule an appointment and got her email message saying she has 48 hours to respond. So if it’s the day before I’m out of luck? Also called another department. Dr. Chang spent all of 90 seconds with me after I waited for over an hour. He did not look me in the eye at all. His first words to me were, "So why are you here? What do you want? Pain meds?" Then he briskly led me out of his office with zero medical advice or concern. He was the absolute worst experience I have had with a doctor in my life. A complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and skip this rude, uncompassionate, sorry excuse for a medical specialist.

Kind, caring, polite, professional. He takes the time to explain things to you. He follows up visits with a phone call when necessary. He is prompt on calling in prescriptions. He diagnosis are on target. The staff that supports Dr. Chang is just as thorough and professional as he is. I never felt pushed out the door, they take the time to listen to you, you never leave the office with questions.
