Dr Chang is great! Very efficient and friendly and puts you at ease. Jennifer on the front desk has such a lovely manner and is always so kind in person and on the phone. She goes out of her way to call and communicate on updates to do with deliveries. Highly recommend this practice!

I called as a new patient with all my info and referral and they said they’d call me back in 1-2 days to schedule an appointment. Over a week and a half later they never returned my call. I call to see what’s happening and they’re booked out and couldn’t accommodate me despite their sloppiness. May be a great doctor, but not a good office.
