I have been a patient of Dr Cartmill for quite a number of years and over that time dealing with a older woman in reception who over the years has been so helpful but does not seem to be there any more. Last contact I have dealt with she said her name was Fabian which is what she told me??Last time I had to cancel my appointment in Rocky as I live in Gladstone and as we only have one car and do not keep good health I rang up to cancel saying I could not make it and said was that okay? The customer service was terrible and I didn’t know what was going on I had a bad feeling when I met him (cartmill)but still went ahead with it He damaged a nerve by burning it and the itching never went away The problem never went and because of the nerve got tingly heel for ages
