Dr Burt is professional, thoughtful, and caring.
Please update your website(s) to say that Dr. Burt is not accepting new patients. I went to extreme lengths to become a patient with him via my insurance company as everything I have read stated that he is accepting new patients. I was told to call back mid year, as though I am supposed to wait until then to have a provider. The person answering the phone was not helpful and blamed the office manager for not updating the websites. She was curt and hung up on me.
