I just left probably the rudest experience of front office staff. Can’t even comment on the doctor because I didn’t get a chance. We were referred by my granddaughters pediatrician. I brought her for my son. When I got here they asked for the insurance cards, but all I had was the numbers. She informed me (with a sullen, flat, mechanical tone) that they wouldn’t see her without the card.
