I had a really disappointing experience at this dentist. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I felt rushed during my appointment, and the treatment didn’t go as planned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I could sympathize with Tommy. We’re having a difficult time with Dr Andreou’s office at MK dental in Smithtown. It’s funny you say they were waiting for insurance approval. In our case they quoted a charge before checking with insurance, then sent us a surprise bill for a much higher amount. No compassion. There was no professionalism to reach out to say when crown was in. No curtesy to call to explain that there was a denial by our insurance company.
