I was in extreme pain for several years and Dr. Fanous determine that my problem was SI induced pain. I had the surgery and I saw a fusion and I’ve been paying for it for the last three months so the surgery was a complete success very grateful for the surgical skills of Dr. Fanous and his determination that the problem was my Right SI joint. I would highly recommend him to anybody having back pain. He’s a very good neurosurgeon.
