Dr Fanous called me personally on a weekend to apologize for an office mistake which kept me from being seen even though I’m a patient. He was so kind and felt terrible for the confusion. I don’t know many doctors who would do that!
I was blessed with a lower back leasr invasive surgery by Dr Fanous. It was like magic, l am grateful to every member of this department for their professional, kind and friendly attitude.
