I received poor care from the doctor. If it turns out you don’t qualify for surgery he sends you on your way without addressing your pain and discomfort. My MRI showed tons of issues but he said his office doesn’t prescribe pain medication (after his staff asked for my pharmacy). So, he’s a liar to boot.
Dr. Fanous and his PA Zoe are amazing. I have been dealing with my back issues for so long, and Dr. Fanous took the time and listened to where I was having pains at. Before he would do surgery he sent me for numerous tests to make sure he knew where the problem was. Some of the tests I have never done before, so that shows his level of dedication to finding out the problem. I truly appreciate that, as so many surgeons are quick to get you under the knife. I want to personally thank Dr. Fanous and his staff with so much gratitude for saving my life and helping me get back to my normal quality of living life. He’s a great amazing surgeon and I personally highly recommend him to anyone that needs his service for back surgery, his staff are very knowledgeable and professional, absolutely first class and a big thank you to his staff for all their help, I appreciate it so much.
