I feel like I was completely disregarded by Dr. Gonzalez. I told him how the pain in my arm can be debilitating when I have flare ups and was simply told to exercise more (his suggestion was Pilates or going to the club? Like seriously?) and to change the way I move at work without giving any actual ways on how to do that. If I could leave less than 1 star - I would. I was in Huntington Hospital for four days with severe pain in my neck & head. Hospitalist wanted a neurologist to check me. This man walks into my room, spends 5 minutes with me, and tells me my problem is not neurological and that he cannot help. He offered no direction or assistance. I followed up with another neurologist after being released from hospital - a doctor who spent time with me and actually CARED.

Don’t go into the office for help as the front desk receptionist is incapable of doing anything without orders from a supervisor who is extremely rude and condescending. Best suggestion, find another MD. This is the absolute worst medical office I’ve ever been ... read more
