This doctor was not attentive, thorough, and lacks integrity. In my recent visit to firelands hospital in sandusky, OH he was asked and acknowledged two separate times that he would put in for pain management meds and forgot both times. I laid in pain all day & night. He then lied about a specific culture test of mine that had not even made it down to the Lab because of the fault of the aid ; however when asked about said specific culture he said it looked good when in fact it was never analyzed.
