They have a ridiculous rescheduling fee of $35 if you don’t do it 24 hours ahead of time. I missed the window by FORTY FIVE minutes and was told if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay $35. I had been early to every single appointment prior to this. I never canceled or rescheduled before. I understand the need for policies so businesses don’t lose money; however common sense should be used when applying penalties. RecommendedI went to Dr. Andrea’s today. They were thorough in the exam and medical history. They were fast and friendly and so very nice and helpful! Best of of all, they offer their services for a very reasonable price! I’m looking forward to getting in better shape with their help!
