Missed appointment due to office error — staff unprepared I booked an appointment with Dr. Andreas Mauer in June 2026 for September 11, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. I arrived on time. The receptionist located my name and information but said the appointment was not in the system. Office manager Tracy Biggles repeated the same explanation and then offered to reschedule. I declined. I’ve seen lots of doctors in my life but I’ve never seen one like Dr Andreas Mauer. A doctor who goes to the hospital at 3 AM to try to talk a very ill, very stubborn patient from leaving the hospital. A doctor who actually intervenes on behalf of his patient by spelling out the consequences of delaying treatment. Sadly his advice was ignored and the patient, my partner, died. Very understanding and patient doctor. Listens, compassionate, and intelligent. Highly recommend as a heart surgeon.
Dr. Mauer is an excellent cardiologist . The whole office staffs are very professional. I highly recommend him .
