Our experience with Dr. Laut was deeply disappointing. As first-time parents, we expected clear communication, support, and competent medical care, but unfortunately, we did not receive that. Throughout the pregnancy, transparency and communication were severely lacking. Important information was not provided early, and after-hours emergency calls often went unanswered, with responses sometimes taking up to an hour. Warning!! Consult Dr Laut at your and your baby’s own risk!! Be prepared to be told that extreme tiredness is “normal and a normal part of being a mother” and that “there is no medical exam or test that can be done to help find the cause of it”, and to “just sleep it off”. Not only is Dr Laut dismissive of patients’ concerns, but he is extremely negligent. Dr Laut and his wife provide an amazing experience within their practice. Unfortunately, I recently phoned trying to get an appointment with Dr Laut And a young Australian woman was speaking with me on the phone and told me that due to my Age and what she could see on the computer that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment Any time soon as I was low risk. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Laut and his team. Such a professional, caring, and amazing Dr. I felt very safe during my entire pregnancy and they went above and beyond to take care of everything. Checking everything and making sure all is well at all time. I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to have Dr. Laut and his team taking care of me and my baby! Thank you so much!
