My wife & I moved to the Ft. Myers area this past summer. I visited Rasmussen Family Dentistry yesterday to get an opinion on a tooth that might need a crown. The office staff were very friendly and attentive. The technician that brought me back to an exam room and took dental images/x-rays before the dentist arrived was friendly as well and super efficient. I am a patient and I have had excellent dental care with dr Parsons
Busy office and outstanding service. It’s small mom and pop ans has a at home feel that you don’t see with the major corporations.
Just tried calling to schedule my first appointment with Dr Parsons, receptionist was rushed and rude on the phone so I cancelled it before ending the call, the dentist may be great, but I won't patronize a place that has subpar service or an attitude
