Everything was great! Dr. Mertz is great with kids and my daughter really liked her. Looking forward to her being our doctor.
Dr Mertz was nice but did not help with our concern. I brought my daughter in because she was having aggressive coughing that had been going on for a while. She dismissed it and said she didn’t hear anything in the lungs and said, “It’ll get better in 3 days.” We wanted a second opinion and went to urgent care. They did a chest scan and they found some pneumonia in her lungs. Overall, our experience with her was not great.
