My father and his wife were transported. His wife died upon arrival. We have been inquiring now over 24 hrs to get answers about our fathers care and have been greeted with circles and uncertainty. We can’t see him or talk to him. We tried asking questions and my sister was escorted off the property. The question asked was if there is an attending provider who could answer our questions? RecommendedDr Curtis(Ortho) and 95 percent of the nurses especially Freddie on the 3rd floor...Emmanuel the Transport goes above and beyond HOWEVER the people I had the last two days of my visit on the fourth floor need some work..I don’t know what the problem is, but it exists...the last two days of my visit I can only compare to being in solitary confinement in a prison...

Recommendedlove this hospital it's my favorite hospital all the nurses and doctors are so nice and the obgyns are to and I had a good delivery at this hospital they all took good care of me and the baby and my husband I really do reccomend UAB Medical West only this one in Bessemer Alabama it's such a great place 5 stars😇

RecommendedThis is where I always go to er at. Never had to wait very long. Always get down to what’s going on. Will continue to go here if I need to go to er
RecommendedDr Rogers has been so helpful in trying to find out what’s wrong with my husbands back. Staff there has always been nice as well
