something that's really bothering me. I'm going to make an appointment with Dr. Shirey to discuss it but it's got me depressed. I can do an hour of aerobics, an hour of yoga. However I can't walk 1/4 mile without the pain in my hips so bad I have to atop and sit down. I can't go to the mall with my wife, I'm not looking forward to my bi annual trip to Talladega for the races, and I' concerned that our up coming Alaska Cruise is noy going to be as much fun as I'd anticipated.
