Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
