Dr. Crane recently performed a hysterectomy on my mother, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding care she provided. It took me 4 months to get an appointment with Dr. Crane only to have her cancel the appointment 3 weeks before. Apparently when she gets a referral she doesn’t review it right away, she waits until a few weeks before the appointment date. She decided that from that review of my referral that she wasn’t the right type of Doctor for me, which if she had reviewed it when she received it in October and told me that, I could have gone on to schedule an appointment with a different doctor. Although Dr Crane has great bedside manner, she has a bad habit of rescheduling and ultimately, cancelling your appointment. I rather have a semi rude Dr who knows what to do and actually help me, than a Dr who is nice but knows nothings of where to even begin to help their patients. Also, for a Dr who is supposed to help with gynecology and urology issues, all she does is some basic test, then refers you to an actually gynecologist or urologist. Making the time to find answers to what problems you have, take even longer!
