I've been going to Dr. Pfeifer for over 10 years. My entire family goes to her, as well. She is an excellent doctor. She's very knowledgeable and patient with everyone! The BEST!!!
I have been her patient for over 10 years and have always gotten the upmost care. I trust in her decisions for my health. My daughter is now an adult and is also her patient.
Dr Pfeifer is a good Doctor,very knowledgeable,ive never had any issue with the front desk staff,they have always been polite and have never been rude to me.im glad to have a Doctor that is thorough checking for medical issues.
She is spot on. She has a great front desk staff. Sometimes you wait but she will answer all your questions

Although Dr. Pfeifer is nice and knowledgeable, her front desk staff is rude. Be prepared for having the phone hung up on you in a spiteful manner, for having your appointment cancelled when you're already there, and for the staff to imply you're a liar. I would rather travel to receive treatment than deal with the rude staff at a location closer to home.
Called 2x to ask about a well-check visit to meet MD. Woman on the phone replied they don't allow interviews & their current patient load leave little need to accommodate new patients. We tried to tell her that is not what our intention but wanted to present medical issues to ensure MD felt she could treat them. Told us to Google the MD if we wanted to know and expressed the MD had been a military MD. Eventually, she abruptly informed us that their office was not the right fit for us and hung up
