Dr Andrea Mazur is so nice, thorough, understanding and helpful. I've been seeing her for years and wouldn't think of seeing another eye Doctor.
Had to change eye doctors based on insurance. 1st time at Horizon Eye Care! Dr. Mazur made me feel welcomed! Great customer service from front desk to getting my new glasses!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Andrea Mazur! She is always so upbeat and positive and truly cares about helping patients to see the best they can. She worked tirelessly to get me into the perfect pair of contacts to correct my astigmatism. I now have a different prescription in each eye, which corrects my vision for both near and far. When she changed office locations, I followed her, and willingly travel 40 minutes to make sure I only see her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
From the front desk staff to the doctor's assistant, the doctor and the eye glass professionals it is always a nice, thorough experience. No question is too much trouble and the doctor explains everything. You never feel rushed and I am pleased to be in their care.
Called for an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Mazur was so personable and took the time to listen to me and got me the help I needed.
