Although I had a very positive experience with the doctor, Karen was the worst office manager I have ever encountered. She displayed an extreme lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Her tone was rude and dismissive, with a complete lack of respect and empathy for the time and money patients invested in their medical care. Despite Dr. Andrea's expertise and professionalism, I decided not to continue treatment following my horrible experience with Karen.
Dr. Andrea Hsu is one of the best dentist in town. Everybody in their office is very friendly and they have spectacular service. I would definitely recommend this place.
I had an amazing experience at Dr. Lam Watt and Dr. Hsu ‘s Dental Office. I recently got a gum graft done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Hsu performed my surgery. Dr Boris is so knowledgeable, kind and helped calm my phobia for dentists and specialists in general and his staff are very friendly.
