I took my 10 yrs old daughter 2 weeks ago to get checked for diabetes. The front desk girls just kept talking and made me wait 15min just to call me up to the window to check in, especially that I had an appointment. (Mind you, i was the ONLY one in the waiting room.) When Dr. A. Granados walked into the room, just by her demeanor , I knew she was going to be extremely rude and careless. And that's exactly how she expressed her attitude. I took my son, who has a very rare chromosome abnormality (1 in 88,000 boys), to see this doctor, and I left the appointment extremely disappointed and hurt. This was our first visit, and instead of showing curiosity or care about his condition—which I'm sure was new to her—she barely looked at him, didn’t ask any questions, and didn’t examine him at all.
