Dr. Shay is extremely nice and caring, however her staff there are quite rude and are often seem annoyed.
Dr. Boone is so caring and listened to my concerns. Her bedside manner was on point and she made me feel relaxed prior to my surgery. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very warm doctor.
If I could give more stars I would!! I highly recommend Dr. Boone for gynecology! I had always heard great things about her and about 10 + years ago I tried to get on as a patient with her but she wasn't taking new clients at the time. I was so happy when I went to my GP with some concerns about my previous gyno and she recommend Dr. Boone. I had been dealing with horrific periods every month and sometimes twice a month where it was getting to be unbearable! I am not going to go into great detail other than if you get a second opinion or see or speak with another doctor, she turns into a viper and is straight up rude. I had 3 doctors (and none of those were google or web md in case you were wondering) all give me the same advice while she wanted me to wait. I ended up following the other 3 doctors advise and we made the right decision. I had surgery last week and I had so much endometrial scar tissue and adhesions that they had to open me more. I absolutely love Dr Ventura she is so kind and patient and real with you. I feel like I’m talking to a good friend when I visit with her. she is wonderful! Staff is also always very inviting
