Dr. Angelucci and the entire team is extremely professional, they are always on time. Dr. Angelucci is waiting in the room before you enter, she listens, cares, and the whole staff is awesome!
I have filed a complaint against Andrea and her staff with the California Medical Board and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California. A complaint was also filled with consumer protections. Their inability to treat me in a timely manner has led to a delay of care and potential legal action if surgery isn't successful. The level of incompetence her and her staff have shown is contributing to the healthcare problems America currently faces and the radicalization of the people that use it. One doctor and PA. Dr Angelucci and her PA, Susan Bakke are thoroughly professional and personable. When you are escorted to a patient room, they're already waiting for you. They have no problem referring you to specialists when necessary.
