DR Kasko is a great Dr. I have been going to him for the past eight years. He delivered my daughter and did my hysterectomy. When I was pregnant with my daughter he suggested doing a C-section because I was over 40 yrs old. I told him absolutely not unless there was an emergency. My daughter was born in a normal delivery and he honored my input. I have had 4 children in my lifetime and he has been the best OBGYN I have ever had. Most of the Staff Is Fine.. the Doctor Andre M Kasko is the problem. I would not reccomend this doctor, especially if you are on Medi-Cal. I went in trying to get a form filled out for my medical condition wich does not allow me to be exposed to the sunlight. I needed a form filled out to state I could not be outside. This doctor said to me " How Do I know You Have That?" Hey Genius, Look up my medical history, I was diagnosed at 5 years old. I am extremly pale, and have Heliophobia due to my medical condition.
