Dr Andrea Peter receptionist and all workers in the Dr office are very generous polite understanding caring and very polite very nice people and they have all the respect for their patients very highly recommend from Bobbijo💯✅
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I tried to schedule an appointment with this doctor and a woman from his staff called me. From the beginning, she was very racist - she started mocking my accent. English is not my first language, but I speak well and people understand me. However, this lady mocked me and acted as if she didn't understand me, and tried to mimic the words I said in a weird way.
Dr. Peter's staff are unprofessional and unreliable. They never pick up the phone when you call the office. They don't return your calls or follow up and it is very hard to get a live person on the phone. Not to mention the office hours at ridiculous for a full time practice, where most days they close at 3pm. If you need a pre-authorization for anything, forget it, its like pulling teeth! Horrible customer service! Do not recommend.
