She was so helpful and understanding with my mother. She didn’t let my sister bully her into a diagnosis that SHE wanted! She defended my mom! An gently reminded us that we came to her for her expertise and that’s what she was giving us! I love her!!!! All done with respect! She is kind and empathetic!
this office is very hard to get your needs meet - refills can take weeks and multiple phone calls - phone calls simple get rolled over to a beeping - return phone calls rarely happen and it can take hours to get in touch with them
I have tried multiple times (15 to be exact) to get through to the office but got busy 14 times and when i finally got through (9 am) stated office closed. Please call back during office hours which are 830 to 5 monday through friday. i tried multiple timres on a friday and it did the same thing calling at 2 am. Please correct your phone message if you cant be open during the hours stated

I have never met such a compassionate and attentive doctor in my 51 years. During a very stressful time when our father was having many health challenges, Dr. Andrado was a healing balm--taking all of the appropriate medical actions while also soothing our anxieties with her caring presence and attention. She took the time to listen to every question and concern and responded in a helpful and thoughtful way.
