No longer a patient and gives your personal information for on new practice doctor is trying to start. I keep receiving telemarketing phone calls. Their denial of giving out your information and the doctor starting a new practice makes absolutely no sense.
I truly hope you do not choose this company in hopes of finding someone that is respectful and wishes to help their patients. Veera in the office is terrible, rude, disrespectful and downright lazy. We go to several drs and have absolutely no issues with insurance. Clearly this is a reoccurring issue with her since I see other complaints with the same problem and it seems to me she just does not want to help. Oh please she have to change something .I was looking for a dr. And I check by start. Last year the first visit was ok until. Las one. The staff call me to confirm my appointment and when I want to reschedule the lady was very rude she's no profecional ..and went I spoke to the dra Nathalia samethin ..very rude and nasty she said her staff is perfect ......so going to see dif. Dr. I don't like people like them .... the Spanish lady. Ufff Nasty Nasty. Her attitude. Very nasty.
