Absolutely rediculous. This doctor has canceled my mom's last 4 appointments since September 2022 (reasons given: sick, "urgent matter", or "on leave"). She arrived at her appointment today, so happy it wasn't cancelled, only to discover Dr. Pop just didn't show up today. She is waiting for results of an MRI and CT Scan done in April and sent to the doctor. What good is having a doctor you can never see?? She is better off being on a waiting list for a doctor who actually sees their patients.

Receptionists are rude, entitled, and disrespectful. As well, blatantly talk about confidential patients amongst themselves and other patients loudly in common areas. Absolutely no care or respect for the patients. If you have mental health issues, don't bother going here especially as a male, as they DO NOT care about you. WE have been with Dr Pop for years she is the best very attentive and a no nonsense doctor. Her staff up till recently was excellent .But the new person i have found needs attitude adj i find her very rude the last time i called regarding a prescription for my husband. I will be speaking with Dr Pop regarding this matter the next time we see her
