Update: Almost 3 months later, there is still no update from the clinic, so I believe this deserves 1 star. I would have expected a clinic of this reputation to take negative experiences seriously, but it seems they are selective in who they assist. I would not recommend them at all, as post-patient care is clearly not a priority. This felt like easy money for them, and I feel highly disappointed that I put faith in them a second time. My daughter had been struggling with eczema and her skin was in the worst condition when we saw Dr Gabriela. After seeing this doctor, my daughter’s condition improved dramatically. Dr Gabriela took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I felt safe and respected throughout the consultation. One of the best doctors we have ever met.
I don't recommend this clinic at all, they failed to answer my emails enquiring about an appointment a couple of times. I can see from their recent negative reviews they aren't serious about treating clients properly and rather for profit.
Dr Anastasia Therianou is everything I had wanted and more in a Dermatologist to help me understand and manage my hair loss conditions. From my very first appointment Dr Therianou gained my full trust through her expertise and supportive approach to her honesty in never giving me false hope. Throughout my experience I felt I was in the best possible hands and I cannot thank Dr Therianou enough for helping me to achieve the positive results that I had never thought possible.
This was my second visit to the clinic for a follow-up. While Dr. Balogun was kind and understanding in prescribing oral minoxidil without hesitation, the overall experience was disappointing. My notes took a week to arrive, despite chasing the clinic three times. More concerningly, the handwritten prescription was rejected by two pharmacists due to missing details (no stamp, no address, unclear signature).
