I first attended Dr Therianou’s clinic a year ago after experiencing stress related hair loss. She provided me with a treatment plan and I have seen great results in the past 12 months. Hair loss can be extremely distressing and Dr Therianou put me at ease straight away and I felt very comfortable to ask questions. Update: Almost 3 months later, there is still no update from the clinic, so I believe this deserves 1 star. I would have expected a clinic of this reputation to take negative experiences seriously, but it seems they are selective in who they assist. I would not recommend them at all, as post-patient care is clearly not a priority. This felt like easy money for them, and I feel highly disappointed that I put faith in them a second time. My daughter had been struggling with eczema and her skin was in the worst condition when we saw Dr Gabriela. After seeing this doctor, my daughter’s condition improved dramatically. Dr Gabriela took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I felt safe and respected throughout the consultation. One of the best doctors we have ever met.
I don't recommend this clinic at all, they failed to answer my emails enquiring about an appointment a couple of times. I can see from their recent negative reviews they aren't serious about treating clients properly and rather for profit.
