The rating is an overall reflection or Dr. Bala's office. I've been a patient for many years now and he is a great gastrointerologist but his new receptionist, Karla, is a pain to deal with. Simple questions and conversations turn into lengthy issues and she doesn't seem to want anything to do with us patients. Dr. Anand Bala is Amazing! He is so easy to talk to and he really cares about his patients, so happy I was referred to him. Corinna is simply amazing to deal with also. She is always so polite, courteous and helpful with any phone inquiries I have made to the office. I appreciate the patient care I have received.
