Past patient here. I removed her as a care provider as she is nothing of. Almost sabotaged my job with her poor time management. When I FINALLY received my medical records, “ on a usb” there were other people’s records on it. Professionalism at its finest. Sadly my daughter is a patient and is still waiting for a call back for her child’s medical condition. Many months wait. Impossible to ever get ahold of anyone or to get a call back.
Lazy and incompetent. Will not even answer phone or return messages.
Dr Bhopa had been nothing less than amazing as my primary care provider. Dr Bhopa and her staff (Samantha) have always exhibited a high degree of professionalism, patience and understanding of patient needs. There is always follow up and nothing is left outstanding. The community is very fortunate to have Dr Bhopa’s medical expertise. She deserves the respect as a highly valued member of the healthcare team in Lindsay. Richard G Sauve
