I have called multiple times, first time I called I provided my son's insurance inf and I waited for the receptionist to call back which she never did. I called again because I called the insurance company which is VAchamp the same as tricare. The receptionist said that she would call and its been over a week. If the service from the receptionist is like this than I can't expect a lot from this provider.
