Such a great doctor but is a shame that they have such a bad management, nobody answers the phone, you leave a message and nobody calls back so it’s very hard to schedule an appointment. Again the doctor is great but they way the office operates is ridiculous.
Front desk staff is rude and barely answer the phone. I called for my lab results and the MA says one thing but the Dr says something different. Unprofessional especially when dealing with your health.
I had many health issues and luckily to be Dr. Ana Androne’s and Dr. Luis Androne’s patient for the last 14 years. Both of them are very skilled and very professional, but they go an extra mile to help their patients. In top of their professionalism, are humans and make the patient to feel important, not an object of business from whom to make money. I am 74 years old, but I never had such good doctors.
