I absolutely love Dr Mateo. She’s been treating me for some horrendous stuff and doesn’t stop looking for better solutions. The absolute ONLY thing I have to gripe about it’s the lack of a”patient portal” or something like that to make it easier to contact… especially at the exact times one thinks of what they need to say/talk about (usually later at night because I generally can’t sleep much). Otherwise, she’s absolutely a 5-star
I met De Mateo in JFK Atlantis as an inpatient. She explained everything well and I appreciated that.
