If you didn't want us as patients , why didn't you just tell us instead of having us wait for hours because you didn't send in the paperwork for the blood work! 4 times I called and your off wasn't interested enough to help!! Very disappointed, I thought you cared!!
I made an appointment w8th thos office for two different medical issues, saw a nurse practitioner. She never looked at the areas in questions instead offered a referral. If that's the case why in the world did I even have an appointment. Then she wanted us to have blood work. We went to Quest and they had no orders for the blood work so after repeated phone calls and 2 hours at quest we left with out the blood work. I highly recommend not going to this practice.
Dr. Ana doesn’t mess around and her staff is excellent as well. She’s very kind and knowledgeable. If you need a referral she takes care of it. I’ve not found a single flaw in her or her office. Youll really like her!
Dr. Ana is thorough. She doesn't rush you. She is very pleasant. Best doctor I've ever had. I recommend her highly.
