Nice doctor but awful front desk staff. Marcia, Cindy and other ladies need to brush up on their customer service skills. They are leaving bad reputation on the clinic and patients front.
My favorite gyno by far. The bad reviews for her "lack of bedside manner" is the fact that she's straight forward, efficient, straight to the point, doesn't waste your time, get you all the necessary tests done and then get you out. If you want a doctor that coddles you and talks to you softly, that's not Dr. Lai but she's a great doctor and does pay attention to your health, age, childbirth plans, etc. I'm also an efficient, give me the facts, give me a plan, let me get on with my day kind of person so she's perfect for me.
Terrible! My mom went to see Dr. Amy and she treated my mother so disrespectfully. Ignored the symptoms of what she was feeling. Had a disgusting attitude. Poor service. 😡 my sister in law went too and experienced the same poor treatment from Doctor Amy. So disgusted with this place
