The secretary may be new. She is helpful and friendly. Dr. Wallace saw me same day for sore throat. She also ordered many tests to help diagnose another problem. The trouble is she doesn’t read her own messages in patient portal and the nurses can’t answer the questions correctly.
I recommend this doctor if you prefer terrible customer service, poor followup and you love being treated as a number and not as a person. I recommend you call their main number as this will give you a taste for how difficult it is to get service with this office!
This office is HORRIBLE, they have misdiagnosed my child a bunch of times, giving her medicine that she did not need, steroids included. They are rude, disrespectful, and dont have the patients best interest at heart. I would not let my worse enemy go there. They also have denied my stepkids help just because their mother who doesnt even have custody of them told them not to let me bring them in. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE
