Our experience with Psychologist Amy Vail was absolutely amazing! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is insightful, kind, Thoughtful and goes out of her way to help you anyway, she can. We started with a psychologist and now I feel like I have a great friend. She is the best.❤️
Amy is an absolutely incredible resource. I am lucky and greatful to have found her. I was introduced to Amy through several friends who she has helped with major challenges. I began seeing Dr. Vail around 10 years ago while I was in high school. She helped me through some of my hardest times by offering me her unconditional support and thoughtful guidance. She provided me with a safe space to work through what, at the time, seemed like and insurmountable plethora of troubling thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Dr. Amy is amazing! I was new to Tahoe full time when I met her and first thing she did was introduce me to a Naturopathic doctor in Truckee who was able to set me up with a supplement regimen to get my body in tune. I still use that regimen! Then it was time for my sessions with Dr. Amy. What I liked most about those sessions was that Dr. Amy drew from her toolbox which did not just include psychoanalysis. She brought to bare many other practices including spirituality and attention to the chakras. This was extremely refres... read more
