Dr. Daleiden's idea of a medicare exam is to drag and drop all the conditions listed over a lifetime into the new file and claim she reviewed them with the patient. I get the impression she's pretty burnt out and would rather not have to see patients to practice medicine. The only reason I saw her at this practice is that my previous doc retired following COVID and her excellent replacement moved to Mayo for a fellowship.
