Went here cause she was on the news, a billboard, and seemed highly sought after. I rescheduled a few times to actually get her, but then was let down. The site is really pretty and staff are nice, but I waited over 20min and was unimpressed by the doctor care. I was told 6 mo later I had cancer (found by a different doc). Luckily, they did send my images to the other place very quickly.
I highly recommend Dr. Patel. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate about educating and getting women the care they need. Everyone I met at Liberty hospital was nice and welcoming. Never once made me feel uncomfortable (which was great bc it was my first mammogram). Checking in was also a breeze, which I appreciated. Can’t wait to come visit their new space!
Absolute professionalism from the moment I made the appointment! Every single person I came into contact with seemed to genuinely care and Dr. Patel was beyond informative in a situation where I was unfamiliar. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!
