Dr. Tien gave me the preventative talk when i had some inflammation markers show up. Very easy to get into contact with her team in Burlington, electronically and by phone. 6 months after the first appointment, no inflammation markers. Been about 2 years now and trying to keep up with the lifestyle change she helped me with. It's been a good life so far, no complaints.
